Instructions for registering a group of people:

  1. If you ARE planning to attend and wish to sign up yourself + your staff members: Click +1 next to next to "VAGP Member (register yourself)" AND + the number of people you are signing up next to "VAGP Members (register other members)"

  2. If you ARE NOT attending but wish to register a group of others: Select "VAGP Members (register other members)" and enter the number of people attending. 

  3. In either case, you will enter the names of each of your staff members on the next step. Click "Select Member" and then search the last name of the staff person, select them from the list, and proceed to do that same thing for the remaining members. 

  4. Complete your registration like normal. Once you get to the payment page, you can download your invoice, pay right there with a credit card, or hit "pay later" if you prefer to send a check. You can view your open invoice from your membership profile at any time if you want to pay later.
